• Lions mane in water

Posted by Community Member on August 29, 2026 at 2:34 pm

Since I’ve been drinking more electrolytes, I found this water, Joyburst, that contains electrolytes & lions mane. I thought that was interesting and had to try it. I’ve taken lions mane supplements for a short time so couldn’t see any changes.. maybe better focus?

Has anyone tried these? Any experience with lions mane?

Also, this is watermelon flavored & it’s really good! 🍉

If you are interested I take 1g of lion’s mane extract in 250ml of hot filtered water at 80c dissolve in it when cool enough take some in the mouth swirling it around your mouth gums and tongue. The reason I do this mushrooms are one of the hardish to absorb into your body. But doing it this way when concentration is right it can get into your blood stream in under a second but by taking it via your stomach you may lose upto 90%of it. When I 1st got ppms I put my feet in the bath I noticed they went red but I didn’t feel any heat till I put my hand in the water and it was very hot so I got out of bath. Now it took nearly a year of taking the mushroom extract now my feet are more sensitive sensitive sensitive than my handssensitive to heat than my hands

Hey Alan! That’s interesting. It seems like the lions mane can help balance body temperature. Did you only notice your temperature sensitivity as a change? Anything with joints/bones?

As I said first posted when I read about lion’s mane you have to factor in when taking it by mouth you lose a great amount to stomach acids. When I first started taking it I was taking it I finished 1g after 1hr. I noticed after 12 weeks I found I could feel texture of carpet with my feet and to past the pin pick test took approx 1 year.

It took some time, but it’s great you were able to get that feeling back. Has your doctor said anything about it?

No nothing I not seen him for about 2 to 3 years but I got a appointment in October. I tell him then. Now stopped taking the lion’s mane after my last appointment I then found that after not taking the extract I started to lose my sensations again. After a couple of months my wife didn’t want me to take the extract she thought it made my bladder weaker. But I started on making myself a Transcranial head set after Renvue Sandyk whom wrote a paper on 5hz treatment at 7.5picotesla. I made a set with 7 Spooky2 pemf coils a eight way video splitter a hard hat insert and a Spooky2 xm generater. After calibration of pemf coils I then had to calibrate the video splitter. I then found out the setting for the xm generater from a expert on spooky2 I then put I pemf coil appox I cm above my head and I found 1 position on the left side of my head caused my right leg to kick out. At another point on my right hand side of head caused a vien on my lelf wrist to pluse. The first use I observed my eyslght colours sharpener brighter. One other thing after use I noticed my brain fog had gone I also had more energy and I could lift my legs easily with them on so I am planning to try and make it portable.

I hope the appointment goes well and you get some answers!

That’s interesting that you tried that Transcranial method. I had to research it to understand what it does. 😄 Where did you get it from? How did you decide to try that out?

As I said I read the papers by Renvue Sandyk dated late 1990 and it was treatment at 7.5picotesla so I started to work out how to do this and I picked a a Spooky2 xm generater and a feeltech fy2360h so I then spent some time working how to programme them to work in manual mode which I managed I found the feeltech was slightly quicker to set up.
