I’m supposed to exercise regularly – I find there’s usually always something else I need to save my fatigue for. Working/getting in shower/going out etc. This marathon runner from N. Ireland rather shows what can be done even if you have MS. True it effects all of us differently. He’s had MS longer than me and look at him go. Do what you can – whilst you still can. Anyone do anything surprising after an MS diagnosis that you wouldn’t have considered before? Me – I played wheelchair tennis for 5 years.
