Ranting and MS
I don’t know who made the rule that people with a life-altering disease have to always stay calm and go through life with a smile on their face. What I do know is that I’m tired of always pretending that life is grand. I’m not suggesting that you do it 24 hours a day, but it’s okay to rant a little. I figure we sort of deserve it.
Check out my latest column on this subject here. I’d love to get your thoughts.
Does venting and ranting sometimes help you cope with the difficulties of MS? What other strategies help you process your emotions?
