The Real Reacher

Right, let’s escape an MS topic & talk telly.

Amazon Prime recently launched a series of ‘Reacher‘. Although I enjoyed the two Tom Cruise films – he is tiddly. The writer Lee Child did create him as a man mountain and this new streaming series has actually found one. The actor is Alan Ritchson who is likable, dryly funny, and a highly believably Reacher.

I’ve just started watching for the second time – I’m a sucker for a character who keeps delivering sucker punches.

I resisted when my wife reached (ha!) for the remote to stream Reacher but I have to admit I like the character. Of course, baseball season has begun so my evenings are usually occupied with that diversion.
