Has anyone used a massage gun and incorporated this into their daily routine?

I have a Theragun that has been collecting dust for a few months… 😞 Grateful to have one, but I need to get back to using it on my muscles! I felt like it helped with spasticity, but I would wonder if I overdid it some days.

I’ve got one and although I don’t use it daily, I have made some good use of it. It’s good for the point soreness I get in the certain muscle groups that have to work the hardest to compensate for weakness in others. It is also my go-to for loosening up chest congestion and fortunately my wife and kids are all too happy to Rattle my rib cage with itπŸ˜€

πŸ˜„ Happy it has been helping! I never thought of using it for that. I downloaded the Theragun app when I first got it and would do the sessions. Maybe I should get back to it!

When I started having lost pulmonary function over the past year, one of the recommendations was to get one for the express purpose of percussing my lungs. It does probably say something that among all the other help they give to me, beating me with a machine is one of my wife and kids favorite activities.πŸ˜€

Aww, πŸ˜†. I’m sure the excuse is, “I’m just trying to help.”
