What do you think of these findings, 1 million Americans afflicted with MS?
What do you think of the recent findings that there are actually 1 million Americans afflicted with MS?Many more than the 400,000 previously quoted. How do you feel about this? Do you feel this will step up the research to find a cure?

I have to admit it is almost a relief t0 hear the new number. I couldn’t understand why the number was so low up until last week – I had always been led to believe that the numbers affected were about one in 300. The number of affected American people makes sense now and tallies with what I had always thought: 1 in 300.

True, Gareth, the numbers didn’t add up. I hope now that they realize so many people have MS, more money will be put into research.
