Hello. I’m 5xx years old. I was diagnosed in 2010, on Copaxone for 2.5 years, developed heart problems so stopped. I have not been on any DMT since then (I think my now retired neurologist of 10 years did me a great disservice). Nevertheless, I have progressed (somewhere between RRMS and SPMS) and am looking for a new neurologist. I am JCV positive. I have interviewed three doctors. One says, Aubagio, one says pick an interferon and one says Ocrevus /Kesimpa. I am scared to death of PML because of my JCV status but that doctor is local so don’t need to travel. I alsohave glaucoma and degenerative bone disease that causes collapsed vertebrae and impinged nerves in my thoracic and lumbar spine. Any ideas ?
