Since 1969, I was diagnosed with RR MS. Over 52 years I have endless flareups… Some lasting 2 months. I have nurtured it with total rest. By doing so, I always returned to 100% pre flare up. Stress and not paying attention to fatigue prompted attack. At 71, I have some permanent numbness and limited strength, bladder problems and major fatigue. Over 50 years, I take no medication. Refused to take suggested drugs…..side effects. Doctors exasperated with me. Finally, found a neurologist that understands and does not press meds.
