    My MS is due to Celiac. Tests may not work to diagnose Celiac. Juicing is good, but cruciferous family needs to be cooked(make a soup)so it doesn’t block thyroid. No gluten/hidden gluten may help more nutrients to absorb in intestines, then cells are made right to work right and burn oxygen. Low oxygen in my brain makes my MS kick in. I can’t take coconut oil…clogs my blood vessels, but Vit D, E, A, K need fat to absorb so a multiple vitamin needs good oils also to work right. I take 2000mg of fish oil and 2000mg of evening primrose oil/2000mg of lecithin, krill oil, phosphatidylserine/DMAE, CLA. Raw walnuts (open shells to avoid hidden gluten and freeze so not rancid) help my brain/body. Blueberries/fish oil may help the brain. Exercise helps lower stress and helps sleep and oxygen in the brain. LDN is awesome…a capsule taken before bed…costs about $1 a day. It helps heal the gut lining from hidden gluten and helps the immune system work right. It is like a miracle and may help 99% of MS people. The Celiac diet..no gluten/dairy/soy/sugar/GMO…vitamins/good oils/minerals/probiotic…LDN..detoxing helps me.
