No gluten/hidden gluten/dairy/soy/sugar/GMO…vitamins/good oils/minerals…probiotic…LDN…detoxing help my MS…suppress it. Fish oil, Mg, zinc, Vit C, Vit B12 methylcobalamin shot, HCl and enyzmes, coenyzme Q10, MTHF, rhodiola, B vitamins and more help me. No gluten may help intestines absorb more nutrients and then cells are made right to burn oxygen. Low oxygen in my brain causes my MS. Hidden gluten may be in food with a label/certified gluten free/meat basting/some spices/nuts not sold in the shell etc.. Alternative doctors may help an MS person fast. I do EDTA/DMPS IV chelations that unclog blood vessels and remove heavy metals from an Alternative doctor. Gluten is wheat/barley/rye…oats may hurt like gluten with avenin. Best wishes.
