Richard Pryor is one of the first people I knew who had MS. I didn’t know much about MS when I first got it. I was not afraid since I did Alternative medicine, but still MS is scary when it kicks in. MS for me is due to Celiac and low oxygen in the brain which lets nerve cells die and then white blood cells go in and clean up the debris making a scar and making it hard for electricity to travel. I also found that stimulating Th1 too much with echinecea or stimulating Th2 with foods too much swells me. Balancing Th1 and Th2 helps. Getting Cu/Zinc balanced is important and Zinc/Mg/fish oil/Vit C/B vitamins/Vit B12 methylcobalamin with intrinsic factor and MTHF. I need HCl and enyzmes and probiotic far from stomach acid. Nature’s plus- Source of life multiple, no gluten/hidden gluten/dairy/soy/sugar/GMO/heated oils/saturated fat/meat and more help me. Vit D3 5000IU/sunlight/good water/detoxing heavy metals with EDTA/DMPS IV chelations/nature help me. My cats bringing in ticks hurt me and eventually getting Lyme. Mg helps muscles relax and helps ~350 chemical reactions.

Richard may have had Celiac. I enjoyed him. Gluten may hurt intestines so less nutrients/good oils absorb. 100% no gluten/hidden gluten may help more nutrients absorb and rebuild cells to burn oxygen. Amour thyroid may help if gluten made antibodies to the thyroid. Alcohol may drain out more nutrients.
