I need no gluten/dairy/soy/sugar/GMO…take vitamins/good oils/minerals…probiotic…LDN..detox. Gluten is wheat/barley/rye…oats/corn. Hidden gluten hurts. LDN helps block hidden gluten. I eat Asian/Celiac style which suppresses my MS. Best wishes.

  2. Mike says:

corn and oats do not contain gluten. With oats they are sometimes processed in the same plants as wheat which is a problem. Read the label and it will tell you if it is processed at plants that do wheat also.

    • Marilyn Roberts says:

WHOA, yes oats DO have gluten. Maybe you are thinking of corn and rice which do not have gluten!!
