An innovation in multiple sclerosis research has been launched by the iConquerMS initiative — a longitudinal, prospective study called “REAL MS (aka Research Engagement About Life with Multiple Sclerosis). The goal of the study is to accelerate research into personalized treatments for MS patients.

But how does this type of study work?

It works by collecting repeat observations of the same variables, over long periods of time, from MS patients divided into groups called “cohorts” who share MS characteristics.

iConquerMS is responsible for the project and anyone living with MS can participate.

How can you be part of the project, you may ask?

It’s simple. Click here — REAL MS —to find out more information.

Does Real MS mean new hope for advanced and direct MS research? Read more about the study here.
