The Koppele Method of Pilates specializes in stretches that benefit patients with multiple sclerosis. Megan explains which stretches should be done in the morning and which are better done at night, and explains which ones can help with foot drop, psoas strength, core and back strength and thighs, all of which can be adapted depending on your physical abilities.
