Ray offers advice for people who have just recently gotten a diagnosis of MS and may be wondering who or where to turn to. He shares insight into how he’s managed the disease over the past nine years.

Ray offers three key pieces of advice: firstly, don’t freak out and to try to keep things in perspective—medicine and treatments are constantly evolving and many people with MS can now live happy fulfilling lives. Thirdly, in addition to educating themselves about multiple sclerosis, they also make sure their friends and family fully understand the condition.
