Short Bio

Date of onset 1992.  First symptoms was my left hand and wrist would fall asleep.  Early June 1994 woke up with my left side numb.

Went to walk in clinic at University of Chicago Hospital.  Had the gamut of tests.  These tests included auditory, sensory, and visual evoked potential, spinal tap, MRI, follow finger, touch finger touch nose, etc.  Got my formal diagnosis in about two weeks.
