Diagnosed in 2002. Avonex 2003-2006 MRI showed new lesions.  Tysabri 2007-present no new lesions. JCV positive with extremely high viral load. Whole foods mostly plant based. No sugar, no flour, no caffeine, no dairy. Pilates, Gyrotonics and physical therapy. Biggest challenge is walking.
