Biography

I was diagnosed with MS in 1988 at the age of 45.  First 18 month’s symptoms included severe crossed eys, loss of muscle strength in arms, disorientation and loss of balance, pins & needles, numbness in feet, occasional loss of ability to stand and walk from sudden collapse of knee and/or hip. After 12mos of using strong steriods my eyes returned to normal.   Most symptoms usually affected only the right side of my body. From 2000 to 2015 I was relatively free of symptoms. In 2015 symptoms returned, but only occasionally; several times 1 week to 2 months apart and  only for short periods of time 10 to 30 minutes. I have never used any medication and only tried several diet plans which never had any effect. I am 5 ft 8, and weigh 170 lbs. which since 1965 is normal for me  I am in good condition and have no signs of lingering or long term relapse?  I have no Co-Vid19 symptoms. I just have worry and concern. Should I be doing something besides avoiding large gatherings, social distancing , washing hands, sanitizing everything I touch, and staying indoors?
