I’m John, and I’ve been living with multiple sclerosis (MS) for a decade. Despite the challenges, I remain determined to live life to the fullest and make a positive impact.
Diagnosed in my mid-20s, I struggled initially but found strength through support from loved ones and my healthcare team.
Throughout my journey, I’ve become an advocate, participating in MS support groups and raising awareness.
Despite the unpredictable nature of MS, I prioritize self-care activities like exercise and meditation.
Outside advocacy, I’m a dedicated husband, father, and professional.
