Hi! I am a 68-year-old retired accountant living in CA. I was diagnosed with MS 27 years ago and have been taking Copaxone for 26 years (generic version for last 3 years). My doctor believes my MS has moved from RRMS to SPMS since I haven’t had a relapse since 2001. Which makes perfect sense but I still do not want to stop taking Copaxone. I mean…how do I know it still isn’t helping? I also take 10mg Baclofen at night before I go to sleep to ease leg cramps I was experiencing in the morning when I woke up. I use a cane now primarily for balance and leg fatigue/pain. I started originally using a cane because one of my knees was really hurting.
