I was diagnosed with rrms in 1998 and have now progressed to spms so I’m about 25 years in and I’m now bedbound and use a wheelchair. My maternal grandmother and five other immediate family members also had or have MS. I also have Crohn’s disease and my paternal grandmother Had Crohn’s disease. I am at the point now where I don’t walk anymore I am pretty much bed found and use a wheelchair. I’m thankful everyday to wake up. This is definitely not an easy Road but I’m also thankful for the blessings that I have.
