    As a family care-giver, and coordinator for helpers, we are looking for any, and all, info. & updates re: Secondary Progressive M.S. and the status of research to halt progression repair and reverse M.S. disability. How close are we to a therapy that can restore as much ability as possible ? It’s been a very long wait. Is it lack of revenue…

      I’m sorry for taking a few days to respond and I hope you had a good new year. How close are we to a magic restorative therapy? I really don’t know. I keep reading studies of success in restoring our myelin which, I would think, would be a major step…but these are only mouse studies with miles to go before the researchers…

      Hi Patrish,

      Thanks for joining us in the forums and I hope you’ll find useful info here. I’m a senior citizen person with MS (73), diagnosed back in 1980, and doing well for an old guy with MS…still traveling, enjoying grand kids, etc. I hope your son will also do well.
