    Ed,

    I have leg tremors at night. Usually an uncomfortable sensation on the soles of my feet that cause the legs to jerk. I have found wearing compression or athletic socks helps, but my feet get warm. How do you administer the CBD oil? My wife uses many oils, sometimes topical and sometimes ingested.
