My name is Antoinette L Dickerson. I have fibromyalgia, and many other ailments! I had to retire from working at the age of 36, and go on disability. It was a really rough time. At that time I had three children who are all grown now with their own families. I was a Lpn and was in school to become a Health Care Administrator. I just lost my father less than two years ago. He had MS. I really miss him. Lol we would be on the phone comparing similar ailments all the time! We had a lot in common, but I don’t have MS! I called him Daddy-O, and he called me daughter-O LOL!! I keep wondering if I really have MS or will have it eventually! I liked what I was reading on this forum, and I’m happy to be newly joining and a new member! Im looking forward to conversating with everyone. It’s very nice to meet all of you! Im up tonight suffering severe muscle spasms so bad I really want to go to the hospital, but I know there’s nothing they can do that I’m not doing here! It’s been going on for hours! I use to stand outside my father’s apartment door and listen to him suffer from severe painful spasms too. I wouldn’t leave until I heard him calm down! I go through the same thing. I suffer everyday, and I don’t know how to get the pain and everything under control! But, it’s part of my life and I’m miserably sufferings! I wonder all the time if I have MS, instead of fibromyalgia or both. Im sorry this suppose to be a bio! Thanks for listening! Any suggestions on how to control these muscle spasms! They won’t let up! Im sore and hurting bad with them. Medication and rubs not working! Please and thank you!
