  The Pandemic Means Change is no Longer Imperceptible

  Except for relapses of course – where we all know these are life-changing. With me, I never got near to recovering to where I was.
  Two years away from my exercise class is a shocking reminder. My right arm now moves imperceptibly in the pattern [following the physios actions] class. Then I can no longer stand upright even in a proper powered standing frame!

  Has anyone else felt anything like this?
