    An aggressive MS treatment or go it slow?

    Some new MS patients are given a choice: Start with a traditional, first line, DMT such as Avonex, Betaseron or Copaxone or be more aggressive and be treated with something like Ocrevus or Lemtrada. If you have the option which way would you go, and why?
