Now I’m a powered wheelchair user I hardly ever suffer from physical fatigue – it used to be debilitating.
I can write all day and it doesn’t happen. I still reward myself with computer card games for a break but that has nothing to do with fatigue but a preference for indolence. Able bodied forty years ago [well before personnel computers let alone games!] as a journalist I practiced juggling……
But I still go out to work once a week. I spend all of it in a wheelchair – accept for having to transfer to a chair lift. I’m only producing/directing but I come home so exhausted that I have to sit for hours to recover.
