MemberMay 3, 2018 at 11:33 am in reply to: Music therapy: What type of music helps you to relax?For me Enya’s music always relaxes me, also the Spa channel on Sirius XM, which I also use to calm children or dog’s in the car 😉
But I have to say that I also feel very relaxed just being outside listening to birds songs and the bees buzzing.

I love, love my pets and feel that they truly help keep me on the positive side of things. I have a parrot, a mini lop bunny, a yorkie, two great pyrenees, and sheep. My kids are little so they don’t help a whole lot yet, but my DH does the regular feeding when he is home half the week due to work.
I wonder sometimes if something is going to happen with the MS that would stop me from caring for all of them. But for now MS doesn’t stop me and I refuse to be scared of the what ifs. My pets give me more joy and more peace then I can even explain.

I am glad to remind you of your peaceful place! We can get so caught up inside the house sometimes that it has to be a determined effort to go outside. Fortunately for me my outside pets force that issue. Like I am sure your feeders do. 🙂
