Fatigue 🫩
Posted by Community Member on May 27, 2026 at 8:36 pmFatigue hits us all differently. It can be for an hour to a whole day. Warmer weather can bring this on for me. 🫩
How often do you get it? Is there anything you do that helps you during those moments?

MemberMay 30, 2026 at 10:50 amI use to exercise years ago regularly, but I just don’t for the past several years. I used to have desire to keep in shape and went to classes etc. but now now. Not motivated, I guess. I think the computer age got in the way of my getting exercise. I just can’t force myself to do it. Now that it is starting to warm up (I hope) in NYS maybe I’ll start walking again. However my neighbor and friend has had to move for awhile while her house is being fixed, so she has not come by to walk with me. I am busy working on a puzzle I want to finish but it is taking a long time! My MS has not been problematic for me. I do need rest now and then but I am not a napper and I don’t usually sleep till 3 or 4 in the morning and 5 hours of sleep works for me. So far I don’t seem to have symptoms and I have not taken MS meds for past 6+ years.

Walking is great, especially when making it a hobby. Hopefully, your motivation will kick back up, and those walks will become part of your routine.
Also, puzzles take time, and are exciting to see the final piece!
