Standing Frame Exercises Aid Lower Limbs of Progressive MS Patients, UK Study Says
I actually used to do this regularly at an exercise class. However when I was made immobile I couldn’t attend anymore. A real Catch-22! Recently I’ve been attempting to stand upright by holding onto a zimmer frame or clinging to furniture like a free solo climber! This has both made me a bit fitter and reduced pain in my lower back. Anyone else trying this or using one of these frames?
