A few weeks ago a colleague of mine posted on Twitter that his sister who has MS was refused entry into a London pub with the phrase ‘We Don’t take Disabled’. It caused a furore –  the brewery after initial hesitation apologised profusely & offered training to their staff.  There were thousands of retweets! It helped that many lawyers jumped in pointing out such an action is completely illegal in the UK & they’d work for free.

Anyone suffered discrimination because of you’re MS? In the early days of mine I was accused of being drunk at a Rugby Festival my kid was playing in. I didn’t mind too much as most people were and this just made me one of the gang!
