Physical and occupational therapy with MS
I recently began having both physical and occupational therapy at home. This has advantages and disadvantages. It’s easier for me to exercise in a familiar setting without having to dodge around 90% of the therapy equipment that I can’t use at a facility. On the other hand, people are coming to my house several times per week.
I’d like to keep MS interventions separate from home life, but I’m not sure if that’s possible anymore.
Is anyone else having therapy at home? How do you feel about it?
