  Cold weather and MS

  We always think of hot weather as a negative influence on our lives with multiple sclerosis. What about cold weather? The temperatures are just now dipping where I live, and I find myself wrapped in a blanket most days, stiff and uncomfortable from the cold.

  I’m sure I’d be warmer if I moved around more, but that isn’t really in the cards.

  Who else experiences this? Are you affected only by heat, or anything other than your own perfect temperature?
