What causes Dizziness and neck spasms in MS patients?
Did you know that neck spasms and dizziness may come along with MS? It is called cervical vertigo and it can be defined as vertigo caused by neck posture irrespective of the orientation of the head to gravity. Cervical vertigo can also be simply defined as vertigo due to neck disorders.
