Please help me understand this statement from Dr. Delgado’s recently posted article:

“Aslan003 is a small molecule blocking the human enzyme” dihydroorotate dehydrogenase This enzyme is believed to reduce the activity of B-cells and T-cells Roboto;  — immune cells that drive inflammation that can damage the nervous system in MS.”

If Aslan003 blocks the enzyme that reduces B-cell and T-cell activity, wouldn’t that be counter-intuitive for MS treatment and nervous system damage would continue via B-cell and T-cell activity?
