As a follow-up to something I saw some time ago.
How do you manage? For me this is my largest challenge. Currently (and
fortunately), every day I try to do the bathroom drudgery first half of the
day. I use a sit to stand lift, obviously with assistance, to get on and off
the toilet. How do you manage? When? How? What you use (suppository)? Diet?
    Thanks for sharing.

I get the dried fruit mix from my local SAMs . Lots of fiber and it encourages me to drink a lot of water. I don’t eat it everyday but some every now and then helps keep me regular.

I can’t believe I’m only one with this challenge. Caregivers? Others? What do you do to manage this?

I usually get their tropical trail mix, but they have a variety. I have problems with choking on very juicy fruits (dual consistency), so dried fruit helps in that regard too.s

Again, I can’t believe I’m the only one with this challenge. If you are anyone involved with this.

Anyone. (MS person, care person, relative) It doesn’t matter. Please share and maybe we’ll all learn.

This is certainly 1 of my biggest challenges. Unfortunately, for the last 5 years I’ve been using catheter. In the past I’ve heard of many different approaches which I would be happy to share if it’s helpful.
