What do you think about SPMS patients having more cognitive decline that RRMS patients?
The finding confirmed a long-held assumption that the more progressive form of the disease — SPMS — also involves more cognition problems. Some previous research has confirmed that hypothesis, but other studies have contradicted it.

My cognitive issues started pretty early on and are the most frustrating part of MS for me. I was diagnosed with highly active RRMS in 2002 and SPMS in 2014.
