How do you?… If I could ONLY.
Because of my limited ability to use my hands and arms it is difficult for me to use the telephone. I use voice control use my computer. I also use voice control for the use of my phone. The issue is once a call connects voice control no longer works (until the call disconnects).
So far I have not been able to figure out how to do standard things during a phone call. I can initiate a call but I’m not able to answer an incoming call. Also, while a call is connected I cannot effectively press any keys or disconnect the call.
If I place a call and it’s picked up by answering machine… And the machine gives me direction to present number for a specific service, I cannot. Nor can I hang up. Unless the call disconnects I am out of luck.
The same holds true for the use of my computer. If I need to do something specific which cannot be accomplished using voice control I am out of luck. I’m sure I’m not the only person with these issues. What do you do?
