How does warmer weather affect your MS symptoms?
An earlier discussion about gardening made me think of this topic as well. We’re heading into warm weather here in the northern hemisphere, and in general, warm weather seems to affect my MS symptoms more than cold weather. I’m thinking of ways to deal with it.
How does warmer weather affect your MS symptoms? What tricks or techniques work for you?

Symptoms really start to act up when the humidity is high! It can be a real drag, causing fatigue and weakness. Something I learned was that my body has to be cooled down for me to function when this happens. So I started to freeze blueberries, bought popsicles, and sorbet to snack on. Okay, I’ll admit they are all treats, but it works for me!😂
