  Probiotic constipation relief

  My column yesterday was about slow motility and bowel incontinence. While I use a stool softener regularly and monitor my fiber intake, I wanted to know about my overall gut health.

  Does anyone take probiotics or have another suggestion for balancing your gut biome to promote regularity?
