Are you adapting to your MS?
My column today is about how people adapt, or fail to adapt, to the problems of living with MS. Are you someone who adapts? How do you do it, or what’s preventing you?

Back in 2012 I was diagnosed with PPMS and I am still adapting. For the first 4 years and then after getting a walker I struggled to accept my MS. Time heals all wounds. And it’s been a long time adapting and accepting, you don’t have much of a choice but get on with it lol. I still hate it with a passion but mentally I am much better for it. PPMS keeps changing too, so I guess I will always be adapting.
