    Ginger and Turmeric are two herbs that are known for their therapeutic properties. Both help fight inflammation. Turmeric has also been used through the years to help reduce joint pain. Ginger has the added  benefits, of aiding in digestion, nausea and supporting  the respiratory tract. They can combine to make tea, add to recipes or use in supplement form.

    Do you know of any herbs that benefit MS? What are their benefits and how are they used?
