    Hurrah – about time there’s some good news. This based on a recent report from Yale Uni via MS-UK.

    The scientists discovered that increasing the levels of oleic acid into the body tissues of MS patients increased the levels of regulatory T cells’.

    I love avocados and now can order more!

    Yay! Love avocados and eat them all the time. I would love fresh coconut water to be on the list.
