The gist seems to be we don’t know yet.
But for those of us where exercise is becoming increasingly difficult I thought I’d throw in something from the study of dementia.
If you’re bi-lingual this may delay dementia for a few years
So it can’t hurt to try learning a second language. Or maybe write regularly about MS!!! Ahem….
The brain is plastic, indeed London Taxi drivers who do the ‘Knowledge‘ have to learn the majority of roads in central London. Part of their brain gets bigger, admittedly at the expense of other parts! -
