Not sure, this is a tad like which came first, the chicken or the egg. I do know my mood changes with my worsening symptoms, even if they are short lived. To be truthful Debi, I believe if its going to happen it will happen, whatever our mood.

That may be true Jackie. For me, I have a lot of triggers that set off my symptoms. I know if I get down my symptoms seem worse. I try to stay positive to steer clear of any issues. I just wondered if anybody else has noticed their moods affect their symptoms?

Well i had a birthday last week, and i felt happy enough, we went to see a theatre show even though my MS top of bad leg started manifesting itself, coming alive, re, electrical jolts-contractions at varying strengths. I do believe though that when our mood is low, we are feeling low, all manner of bad health is just awaiting its chance to come out and show itself so their probably is some truth in what you say. How many times when we are run down do we come down with a cold a few days later? its our immune system.

Good point, Jackie. It’s Like our defenses are even lower than normal during those times.

Quoting : ” it’s like our defenses are even lower than normal during those times.” Debi, its time we start fighting back.

I didn’t know you would be quoting me Jackie but, thanks! ?  I would’ve made my sentence more profound,  if I would’ve known ! ?
I agree fighting back is the way to go!

Quoting because I agree with your statement, our immune system gets low when we are out of sorts-not on par, it senses when we are low. Ha ha, we have to stay one step ahead at all times.
