• Does diet really help MS?

Many people, including me, think that diet can play a part in MS. But, here’s a study that questions whether a link exists between diet, relapses, and MS progression.

What do you think? What’s been your experience trying various diets?

I do think diet can play a role in reducing some symptoms. A year ago my daughters Rheumatoid Factor was 102 (normal is 0-20). After one year on an anti inflamatory diet her RH Factor was 82 and there was some improvement in her symptoms.

I’m glad to hear that, Cor. I was just reading today about someone who changed to a plant-based diet several years ago and doing so seems to have helped hold his MS progression at bay.
