  • Does Sunlight Change our Gut Microbiome?

    Well, the answer seems to be yes.

    This research was done on able bodied people but indicates they had changes in their macrobiome within a week.

    Luckily this has absolutely nothing to do with latest craze of perineum sun bathing. As those of us with MS would find it near impossible to get into the positions necessary.

    Some of those involved start off as smart asses but end up with severely burnt ones.

    I’m sure most of you take Vitamin D supplements just in case it helps but it’s interesting that even a week of sunlight can have an effect on the macrobiome.

    Are you going to get in the winter sun a bit?
