  Have you tried the high dose biotin protocol ?

  Have you tried the high dose biotin protocol?  I followed it for one year  from March 2016-March 2017.   During that time, I noticed the pain in my spine  disappeared and  I seemed to have more energy. Although, my walking had deteriorated, so I took a break from biotin. But, soon I plan to start again.

  Have you tried it? Did you have good results, are you still on it ?
