Healthy Diet May Lower Risk of Relapse After 1st Myelin Attack, Study Suggests
This research is a bit late for me!
Went vegan just before Xmas last year. What timing? ‘Lo, on the Very First Vegan Christmas’ – on the merest hint it might reduce inflammation.
Have had a relapse since then but it’s possible I might be worse off.
Would you consider changing diet due to research like this?

<p style=”text-align: center;”>Yes! When I was eating mostly vegan food/anti inflammatory diet, but still allowed myself a steak or bacon once a month maybe my disease was way less aggressive than it had started out to be.</p>
