How do you explain MS fatigue to others?
I am so tired of being tired! Is that how you feel as well? How do you explain MS fatigue to others?

Debi, ha ha, that sleepy dog looks just like our dog, same colour too, only our dog has more energy than me- more get up an go, well apart from my trips back and forth to the loo.

I just say “I am tired and going to take a nap” but the thing is I never wake up feeling better after a nap, I used to years ago, but not now. It’s that damn MS, it never leaves you.
